Pros and cons of an internet insurance company vs a brick and mortar?

Honestly, this may change later, but this is a short list to me. Especially with more and more business going the way of the phone/internet versus in person.


So, you need insurance, are you going to shop online at reviews, ask for your friends who they have and their experiences or drive around town and see who is selling what insurance on each corner.


If you chose to drive around, you are in the minority, otherwise congrats on coming into the new era of way of doing business. Are you wanting a face to face with your agent, good news, you can do that through many different platforms on the internet.


I have heard that this makes things harder for the older generation, and I would agree, it does. However, there will be a time when there will be no more brick and mortar business’.
